Dancing in the Rain

This little beauty stole my heart right away.  Her mama told me she had picked out her outfit by herself.  We had a few fun minutes in the rain and that was all we needed to find the smiles.  What a cutie!  Click on this post and then the link below to see the rest of her gallery.

No Room For The Crankies

Imagine yourself peacefully asleep to the quiet, steady hum of the car.  The a/c is turned to just the right temperature to complement the sun's beams pouring in.  Ah, the sleep is so nice... But then, before your dreams even have time to vanish, the car stops, the door is opened, and there is a woman with an interesting object in her hand. She just won't get out of your face, and... she wants you to be happy about it!  There was no room for the crankies in this family session.

Catch Me If You Can!

The little one is this family just started walking and was not interested in me one bit!  That didn't stop us from finding some smiles though.  It may have been a workout for Mom & Dad, but I would say it was well worth it!

Miss L. Graduate Session

She walked in wearing her simple but well coordinated outfit, and her beautiful smile.  My first impression of Miss L., jewelry, hat and all, was CUUUUTE!  Her ease in front of the camera made her formal outfit just as charming.  Come take a look at this natural beauty!

Did you know that 15% of every graduate fee is donated to help fund the ministry of Open Arms Ukraine.  They are a dedicated team that currently lives in Sumy, Ukraine working with the lost and broken orphans residing there. These fatherless children are desperately seeking hope in a depressed country within a suffocating system.

Only 10% of orphans will successfully transition to adult life. The other 90% will do their best to try to survive with 60% of girls turning to prostitution and 70% of boys turning to a life of crime. When forced to live in a world they are unprepared for, desperation takes over and life becomes a struggle to endure.

Open Arms Ukraine desires to change these statistics by working with orphans starting at the orphanage and walking alongside them in the years following the orphanage as they make the difficult transition into society. Through programs and individual relationships we seek to build trust, guide, and share the love of Christ in tangible ways with these forgotten children.
