The last three photo sessions I have done were all for families with a(t least one) boy close to the age of two. Must be something about the curious age, because ALL three youngin's happened to scratch up their face right before picture day! :( Rowan's session was rescheduled, but it turned out to be a perfect day. The rest of the sessions are yet to be posted. Stay tuned for up-coming sneak peaks! :) MORE PHOTOS OF ROWAN

The Good Family

What do you get when you mix a perfect location, a beautiful day, and one Good family? A simple and fun photo shoot, that's what! This family's comfort in front of the camera (and not to mention their gorgeous back yard) sure made my job easy! Mrs. Good, thank for contacting me and sharing your family on this day. It sure was worth the wait. Enjoy! MORE GOOD FAMILY PHOTOS

Corinna Marie

My husband and I spent a little bit of time brainstorming before the Brewer's newborn session. It is a known fact that this family enjoys time fishing and relaxing on their fishing boat. We came up with a couple fun ideas to try out with Corinna. She let us shoot two of them... the third... you'll just have to wait for the next lucky baby born to a "fishing family" ;) A big thanks to the Brewer's who trusted me with this precious one and let me entertain a couple of my ideas. I hope you enjoyed yourself as much as I did! MORE PHOTOS OF CORINNA

The Deewall Family

My very first photo session with my new camera and there could be no cuter subjects to help me start this journey out right!

Between taking shots of her newborn sister, I had the joy of following Kinley as she played around in her yard. She went here, she went there, she went a little bit of everywhere... and then back again! So much fun and so much energy. Mom and Dad, I bet you are exhausted at the end of the day! Later as I sat looking over the day's photos (in a more relaxed state;), Kinley's cuteness really began to grow on me. And when all the shots were edited I basked in knowing I had the privilege of capturing a tiny smidgen of the personality her family gets to see everyday. What an honor! Kinley, may your innocence and curiosity be protected... I look forward to seeing the Lord grow you into a beautiful young woman. Let it be your wonder and excitement that take you there as you set your gaze upon Him...

This little beauty was just as excited for my first newborn session as I was. After all, she was the star! We were hoping to schedule the session during a "sleepy time", but Elyse only dozed off for a few seconds here and there. Awake... asleep, either way I'd say she's just as cute!
A big thanks to the Deewall family for volunteering to be my first test subjects. The session may not have gone just as planned, but overall it was a success! Praise the Lord for His goodness to you. Two sweet girls to love on and train up in Him. :)
